DELIVERY CHARGES

Peninsular Malaysia
For 3kg and below, delivery charge is RM9.50. Subsequent kg will be charged at the rate of RM1.50.

For an example, if you order total weight is 3.5kg, the delivery cost would be RM11.00.

We extend Free Delivery services when orders are RM200 and above.
When you purchase RM200 and above in a single order/ transaction, it will entitle you for free shipping/
delivery and it will calculated during the checkout process.

Cancellation Policy
All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to Happybaby within 48 hours of receipt. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and your email will be replied within 48 hours from the receipt of your email.

In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, Happybaby shall have no responsibility to replace the same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging. Further, usage of any goods in any way, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate Happybaby employee shall void any claims that incorrect goods have been delivered. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.

The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to us. Please pack the return goods properly to ensure that the goods do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. HAppybaby will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods returned for exchange. Happybaby will be responsible for the courier charges involved in returning the goods back to the customer.
